Miss Halima Kairangwa is the Registered Manager for the Custodian Care Limited. Halima has worked as a Band 6 Community Staff Nurse at Central London.
Halima has had hands-on experience on providing care and support to both adults and children as well as working with their families in their own homes.
As part of the Registered Nurse’s role, Halima performed Band 6 management duties. This include coordinating the team, caseload reviews, triaging referrals, allocation and supporting junior staff.
Halima is aware of key aspects of running a care business including administration and quality assurance, and she is main driving in introducing the ethos and philosophy of Custodian Care Limited.
Mr Salah Hubsei is our Business Development Director. He believes that the cornerstone of homecare is founded on trust, personalisation, and continuity of care. These form the core beliefs of the service that Custodian Care will provide for our clients, their relatives and our staff.

Salah’s background is business working in the SAAS industry, and he will concentrate on back-office tasks, as well as the marketing and selling of our care business. Salah is skilled in helping customer service teams to deliver better customer experience.
